Yesterday we took Kaelynn to her first Circus!! Ringling Bros & Barnum Bailey were in town and they put on a show just for Military so we ended up getting free tickets! She absolutely LOVED it! She can't stop talking about the Tigers and Elephants (which by the way I am so impressed at how well she says that word!). I did about pass out when they told us how much a snowcone and cotton candy were though. HOLY MOLY! Just because you put a snow cone in a cup that says Ringling Bros on it doesn't make it worth $15!! And just b/c you add a wizard hat to the top of the cotton candy bag doesn't make it worth $12!!! Needless to say my little princess didn't get either of those. Not that she really cared b/c daddy made sure her popcorn bowl never saw the bottom of the tub. Lol. We had so much fun though. It was great actually having her in a good mood and seeing her so excited! She passed out before we even got out of the parking lot!
Her list of songs is increasing by the bus loads! She just starts rattling off songs and it blows my mind! She is obsessed with Twinkle, Twinkle little star, the itsy bitsy spider and the ABC's (which she now can sing all the way thru!) This morning i woke up to her singing Old McDonald..it was too funny!
Sadly this morning we were informed that her BFF Alexis will be leaving at the end of this month. You laugh at me saying "her BFF" but I kid you not when i tell you that Alexis CRIED the other day when I picked Kaelynn up early on my day off. They give each other high fives when one of them leaves and help each other wash their hands when one of them comes in the morning. It is quite cute actually. Hopefully Kaelynn won't be too upset. I mean afterall she does still have Lupita which is the 3rd musketeer in the group and who happens to look just like Dora the Explorer so obviously Kaelynn loves her and talks about her all the time.
That's about all for now! Hope you all are doing well!
XOXOXO
